The name

Faunus

Latin · FAVNVS

Roman god of the forest, the fields and the herds, and an oracle who answered no priest and left nothing to read. Whoever wanted an answer went into his grove and listened for it. His legacy remains in the words faun, his name, and fauna, his household’s.

Faunus™ carries that spirit forward, holding the ground, watching what lives on it, and speaking first when conditions change.
